Junction Rentals is looking for a brilliant, organised and people-focused Operations Manager to join our lovely team in Herne Hill.

It’s a senior, hands-on role at the heart of Junction, connecting clients, bookings, warehouse priorities, systems and the wider team. You’ll help keep jobs moving, problems solved and everyone pointing in the same direction.

📍 Herne Hill, London

🗓️ Start: September 2026

⏰ Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

🏖️ 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays, plus an extra day for each completed year of service

Experience in rental, production, bookings, account management or operations would be a big plus. Calm heads, excellent communication and a love of getting things sorted are also very welcome.
